THE MASTER-PLAN:

Badger Mountain South is a master-planned community that will be built on 1,500 acres in South Richland, with easy accessibility to the Tr-Cities region. Along with vast expansion in single family, multi-family, and affordable housing.The area will also showcase destination retail, 30 acre park, fire station, new schools, commercial properties, self-storage, connectivity through paths, and the 3 phase multi-tenant retail plaza Ava Way Development Project.

The project is estimated to break ground in March of 2024, and is the first of three class A buildings in Badger Mountain south. The idea of the buildings is to bring people together through the form of a plaza. The buildings will be two stories with ~5,000 sf floor plans with balconies, views of the expanding mountainside. The buildings will host up to 6 suites, with an end cap that is designed to have a drive through. The range in suites, ~1,700-10,636, will be designed to enhance the tenant mix and the plaza as a whole in the future.The buildings estimated completion date is in the fourth quarter of 2024, and we will look forward to seeing all of the opportunity that it will bring to the table.
